Coyote Cruises in Penticton was vandalized this week with graffiti condoning violence against BC’s top doctor, Bonnie Henry.

Staff members have since worked to clean up the graffiti.

The business, located at 214 Riverside Dr., was vandalized with two separate statements – one that refers to Henry by name and another to the left of it reading “The government is lying to you!”

The graffiti has since faded thanks to the work of staff members removing the writing.

Coyote Cruises offers Penticton residents and tourists the opportunity to float the city channel.

Tube rentals are available throughout the spring and summer, with a shuttle service returning people to their starting point.

The graffiti is currently visible on the wall of the building that faces the walkways across from the river channel.
