The whole Coyote Pass saga explained
[ad_1]
The Sister Wives stars The Brown family bought land in Arizona and fans are wondering when they’ll develop it. Learn all about the Coyote Pass.
Kody Brown from Sister Wives was once very excited about the Coyote Pass family land, which the family bought in Arizona, and it’s time to share the details of the property. The Browns bought the field in two years and have yet to make a big move. Fans just watched it measure five plots, but what are the real details behind that acreage?
Kody has continued to stand out when it comes to reuniting his large, plural family. The Patriarch’s plan to connect the whole family to their Coyote Pass lands begins to look like another failure in the works, as no one can agree on who gets the pond. Kody’s dream was to live on his own land, where his wives could live with him in a giant house or live in five different houses. Over the years, fans start to think that Kody may be regretting his major purchase. He may even consider giving up his dreams.
Like most Sister Wives fans know, the Brown family bought a large piece of land in Flagstaff, Ariz, which they planned to settle on. In early 2021, two of the four wives were renting homes, while the other two were buying homes, including Christine Brown. The houses are not really close to each other and the brides realized that they appreciated their separate spaces. During this time, Kody often finds himself exhausted from the trip. Collectively, the Browns spent $ 820,000 on the field. However, the ownership of the land does not appear to be evenly distributed among family members. There are two small plots of land and two larger plots of land. Kody Brown is co-owner of the four properties. In the most recent episode, TLC viewers learned that the land is now divided into five plots, so Kody can build his own house as well.
The global pandemic has exposed the weakness of the clan, including their bitterness towards one another, and Coyote Pass has now become Brown’s Waterloo. Viewers see that no one agrees on the land they want, especially since an artificial pond has been built. Janelle thinks she should get the plot closest to the pond because she enjoys gardening, and has disclosed that she doesn’t want Meri to have it because she doesn’t do well with sharing . Kody blew his wife away when he revealed that he too wanted a house for investment purposes.
To date, the Sister Wives the cast has not yet innovated. Fans recently saw a water tank being installed which will allow all homes to have running water. Coyote Pass is still sterile in terms of a lack of homes. With Christine out of the picture, a bigger question arose. Will Kody’s third wife sell her land or will the family have to buy her back? Kody still looks a long way from building his dream homes, and fans are seriously starting to doubt his intentions.
Sister Wives Airs Sundays at 10 p.m. EST on TLC.
